Available for hire between the hours of 08:00-23:00 (Monday-Sunday).

Availability/Online Diary

We have an online diary and booking request facility which is powered by "Hallmaster" - please scroll down this page.  This system enables regular and/or prospective hirers to see what we have free and when in all three of our rooms and to make an online booking request, even when the office is closed.

Please use the online diary below to see what's available and when.  You can move forwards or backwards in the diary by clicking on Previous Year, Month or Week or Next Week, Month or Year.  You can also increase or decrease the size of the diary by using the slider provided.

To see the time of a particular booking, just hover your mouse over the booking and the times will be displayed.  When booking, hirers can choose to have their details displayed as either "Private", "Public" or "Public - Contact Details Hidden".  If the hirer has chosen "Private", the booking will show as "Private Event" and it will not be possible for anyone to click through to the underlying booking details but if "Public" or "Public - Contact Details Hidden" is selected, those browsing the diary will be able to see the name of the booking in the diary and click on the booking for more details.  All parties are always shown as "Private Event".


To make an online booking request, just click on the + sign on the date in which you are interested and follow the instructions provided.  Once you have made an online booking request, you will be contacted by the WHVH Administrator regarding your booking.  Online booking requests should not be regarded as confirmed until the WHVH Administrator has contacted you to confirm or otherwise.

If you would rather not use the online facility, please contact the WHVH Administrator (by e-mail or telephone) to enquire about availability.  There is absolutely no obligation to use the online facility and we are happy to continue to take bookings by e-mail or telephone but it may just take a little longer.  We are currently taking bookings through to the end of 2024.

West Horsley Village Hall is fortunate to have many regular and loyal hirers of all three rooms and we are therefore sometimes limited in what we can offer, particularly in the evenings.  However, it is always worth checking with us because there are often sessions available, either on a one-off or a regular basis plus we have more availability now because, sadly, some regular hirers did not come back to us post-COVID.  We nearly always have good availability on weekends, during half-terms and school holidays as many of our regular hirers are term-time only.

Please note: Owing to problems encountered with parties/celebrations for teenagers and adults, regrettably we no longer accept such bookings unless the hirer is personally known to either the WHVH Administrator or one of the WHVH Trustees and lives in the Horsleys.  Should you wish to hold such an event at WHVH, the WHVH Administrator would be happy to discuss a booking with you but the WHVH Trustees reserve the right to decline a booking for a party/celebration for teenagers and adults.
